Rosemary Foundation ‘Whats On’ Guide

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas.

Let’s remember that Christmas is also the season for giving, so whether you are planning on sharing it with loved ones or family and friends; cast your eyes over our festive round-up of charity events this month from our local fundraisers in aid of The Rosemary Foundation.

The Emsworth Concert Band Magic of Christmas Concert
When: December 16 @ 7:30 pm – 10:00 pm
Where: Bedales School
Now in its fourth year, the concert will be a feast of the best of Christmas music, alongside songs from stage and screen. It will feature over 50 musicians who play in the Emsworth Concert Band, conducted by Nyewood resident Guy Bennett, as well as talented local singers Sophie Bateman and Peter Ashdown.Funds raised will contribute towards rebuilding the Henry Warren Hall and will be shared with The Rosemary Foundation, for whom a retiring collection will also be held.

FECH: SANTA’s GROTTO in Hospital Garden
When: December 16th, 2017
Where: Southbourne Lions Garden, 10 North St, Emsworth, PO10 7DD
See Santa at the Emsworth Cottage Hospital in Association with Southbourne Lions and Friends of Emsworth Community Health (FECH), Christmas Fair on Saturday 16th December. Santa will be present again in his Grotto, plus refreshments, Carol Singing & various other Christmas stalls. The fair opens from 10.30 a.m.-1.30 p.m to join in the fun with all proceeds going to the Rosemary Foundation.

The Queens Head, Sheet, Christmas Party
When: December 23 @ 3:00 pm – 5:30 pm
Where: The Queens Head
Join the Queens Head in Sheet on Saturday, December 23rd for mulled wine & mince pies at their Annual Charity Christmas Party. Fun for all the family, with raffles and great prizes in support of The Rosemary Foundation. There will be a Xmas film playing in the main restaurant to keep the kids entertained. Doors open at 3 pm.
